Oscraps’ site is strictly for purchasing digital scrapbooking elements. They don’t offer any tutorials.
Site:
Oscraps’ site has a clean, contemporary layout with a minimum of visual clutter.
Community:
Oscraps’ community is comprised of a blog, user gallery, forums and mailing list.
Store:
The store has a Wish List feature (one of the few sites we reviewed that does) which makes it easy to keep track of items you really want but can’t or don’t want to buy immediately.
Elements in the Shop:
Navigating the site isn’t too bad. You do have to be a registered member before you can purchase or download anything.
Oscraps has 28 designers and offers a large variety of styles and products. One of the more interesting items offered in the show was the “52 Inspirations/Subscriptions” which is a weekly challenge/class kit. You don’t have to register for the class to purchase the kit but if you’ve registered the kit is included in the price of the class.
The site provides help through email and a site map.
Oscraps is another site that is simply a place to purchase digital elements. They do have a respectable number of freebies available for download if you sign up to be a member of their mailing list.
