There are also tutorials for creating slideshows in Windows XP Movie Maker, transferring files, working with ACDSee software and a few other items. Within the tutorial section on the right side is a navigation to the FAQ’s latest headlines which appear to be additional lessons dealing with photography.

Scrapbook-Bytes’ community consists of a chat room, calendar of events, user gallery, user forum, and various challenges and crops.

Store:
The store may have a lot of great products but the navigation necessary to locate any of them is challenging.

The site is difficult to navigate. Default organization is by designer not project or element type. Search by category is handled with a dropdown menu—not the most user-friendly. You must create an account before purchasing anything.

Selection:  

Boasting the largest stable of designers, the selection of styles and products is large but it’s hard to tell for sure due to the navigation challenges the site has.

Quality:  

Scrapbook-Bytes’ products meet industry standards for quality.

Help/Support:  

The site provides support through a blog, email, FAQ’s pages, phone and a site map. The FAQ’s page is a bit misleading. It is more of a tutorial set up than a frequently asked questions about the site. To use the site more effectively, we recommend you start by visiting the “How To Use Scrapbook-Bytes” page which is much more informative.

Scrapbook-Bytes’ site is hampered by a confusing navigation system. They may have a lot of really great content and products but it takes some dedicated effort to find it on their site.
